Mr. Jefferson is a multi-talented and innovative training and communications professional with over 12 years of management experience and success in the areas of instructional design / development, e-learning, sales effectiveness, project management, and process / performance improvement.
He has provided customized, enterprise-wide training and communications solutions for high-profile employees and companies including: AT&T, Siebel Systems Inc., NetApp Inc., Business Objects, and PayPal Inc.
He has designed and deployed extremely effective training programs for direct and indirect sales forces with a focus on sales performance improvement.
He has an extensive amount of experience in managing, designing, developing and evaluating educational / training programs to meet organizational goals using sound adult education theory, best practices, and implementing successful enterprise-wide solutions.
